Privacy:
Relief Clinic LLC will not share your information with anyone. We follow HIPPA laws. When you sign up to get certified for pain relief marijuana.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
If you prepay for your appointment and you are a no show the day of, there
is no refund.
There is a $20 rescheduling fee for no show appointments.
If you prepay for your appointment it is $99, if not it is $130.
Once a patient sees the provider, there is no refund.
